What is a recurring charge?
They are automated collections that are made periodically (monthly or annually in our case) from a payment gateway and through a credit or debit card. OjoPúblico uses the services of the Culqi and Niubiz platforms, which allow transactions with different credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club.
How do I change or cancel my annual or monthly contribution?
To cancel your membership, go to the
OjoPúblico website and log in through the menu located at the top of the Home page, where you will be able to configure your user and cancel your support. You will then receive an email from us confirming your departure from Aliados/as. If you are unable to cancel for any reason on this platform or wish to change the value of your contribution, please contact us at
